Slip Rate Sigma 01
The construction method is the Neat Method. The binder is an epoxy resin. The resin is transparent and uses color-specific aggregates, making it resistant to discoloration and providing a very strong anti-slip surface. It is much more durable than anti-slip tape, which helps prevent foreign matter contamination in production facilities and similar environments.
Slip Rate Sigma 03
This is a method of finishing by mixing resin and aggregate with a trowel. The minimum finishing thickness can be as low as 2 mm. The photo on the right shows a design applied over existing tiles. There is no need for chipping work on the existing tiles or for industrial waste disposal. It is also suitable for vehicle traffic. Additionally, if the raised parts are finished at the height of the recessed areas of manhole covers for roadways, it not only enhances slip resistance but also improves abrasion resistance, leading to cost reduction. The current pattern remains unchanged. There are many color options available, allowing for various designs.
